CertLink™ is an online program that presents approximately 10-15 practice focused questions per quarter that can be answered on your schedule. Diplomates whose Primary and Neurotology certificates expire in 2019 and thereafter are eligible to participate in CertLink™. Diplomates who have a subspecialty certification in Sleep Medicine are not eligible to participate in CertLink™ to receive Part III credit at this time, but they may participate in CertLink™ to receive credit for their Part II Self-Assessment activity.

  • CertLink™ is included in the annual Continuing Certification (MOC) fee, which will not increase.

  • CertLink™ will initially be available in three practice focused areas: General, Head & Neck, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. More areas will become available as the program develops. You may select a different practice focus area anytime.

  • Diplomates whose certificates expire in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 will receive Part II (Self-Assessment) and Part III Continuing Certification credit for participation in the CertLink™ pilot. Those whose certificates expire in 2023 and after can still participate in the pilot, but will only receive Part II (Self-Assessment) credit. A transition plan to credit toward Part III for these diplomates will be announced at a later time.
